ADIPA brings together traditional handmade studio pottery along with smart design
to create home décor that is both affordable and classy. 

The company was formed in 1998 by Ruby Jhunjhunwala [ one of the early Indian potters ] and her Engineer - MBA son Aditya with one simple idea in mind : 

EVERYONE has an innate DESIGN sense within them.
They just need the right tools to express this creativity.

Their endeavor was to take the handmade and studio techniques
developed by Ruby over 2 decades of explorations and exhibitions,
and create products that could be accessible, that were easily assembled
and were affordable yet retained their studio feel and charm.

Today, Adipa has many different products, ranging from 
Design Nameplates, Bespoke Signatures and Plaques, Studio Pottery 
and Home Decor to Handmade Tiles, Murals and Wall Hangings in mixed media.

Enlighten is the leading distributor of World Cinema in the Indian home video market. 
 
Our design approach was to build the Enlighten brand through the unique fonts, illustration styles and image treatment used in each DVD title. We favored a 
‘non-templatized’ approach to each DVD cover so as to differentiate Enlighten’s products from competitors and to ensure that the DVD cover served the primary purpose of giving customers a foretaste of the movie.

Enlighten is the leading distributor of World Cinema in the Indian home video market. The company also setup the Taj Enlighten Film Society, India’s largest film society, in partnership with Brooke Bond’s premium tea brand, Taj Mahal.
 
Enlighten gave us a simple brief – create a logo that is a better representation of the name ‘enlighten’, and reduce the emphasis on the letter ‘E’ used in the earlier logo. 
The logo would also need to represent both the distribution company 
as well as the society.

Our solution was to blend two design concepts – the ray of light and the concentric circles. The ray of light emitting from the centre represents the medium of film as it cuts through closed concentric circles. The ray of light opens or ‘throws light on’ that which was not accessible before, eluding to the specific genre of world cinema that the company promotes. The color and font used in the business identity, emphasize the understated strength and leadership of a company dedicated to bringing world class entertainment to the Indian audience.

Brand Identity / Logo.

Chapter 24 Films is a newly established film production company. 
The company’s philosophy is to produce films that are both concept &#38; aesthetically valued. 
The name of the company is derived from an ancient Chinese practice – I Ching. 
The company is named after the FÛ Hexagram Number 24, which speaks of 
a turning back, a returning.

The client’s brief was to create a simple representation of Chapter 24 – the name 
of the company. 

Our solution was to use the philosophy behind Hexagram Number 24, which states that all movement is accomplished in six stages, while the seventh stage brings return. The branding element, ‘the circle’, was chosen to represent this cyclical nature of life, where we return to the starting point and never really end our journey.

Brand Identity / Logo Redesign.

The architectural studio houses professionals across the disciplines of architecture, photography and engineering working for both commercial &#38; residential clientele.  

The client were not completely satisfied with their business identity, but did not want to undertake a full-fledged rebranding process. We provided suggestions to strengthen the brand by balancing the various branding elements used in the logo and simplifying the type. We redesigned the logo to give it a cleaner, crisper, stronger, well balanced feel, typifying the work that the client did, even while retaining the main branding elements used in the old logo. When the new logo was adapted to business collateral and the website, it took on a bold, striking tone, creating a unique identity for the brand in comparison with its competitors.
